Role Description & Expectations

Overtime
Overtime is paid at 1.5 x your hourly rate for every hour worked over 40 hours per week.
For example:
your wage as a server is $17, you worked 55 hours from Mon - Sun your wage will be calculated as follows:
$17 x 40 hours = $680
$17 x 1.5 x 15 = $382.50
$382.50 + $680 = $1062.50 Gross for Week 1
When, What and How Will You Get Paid
Following a successful interview, the employer will provide an employment offer outlining pay, schedule, and other relevant terms. You may review the offer and choose whether to accept or decline.Most employers pay wages on a bi-weekly basis, while some may pay weekly, depending on employer policy.Roles typically offer a minimum of 35 hours per week, with overtime paid at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek, in accordance with U.S. labor laws.
