• Fluent English communication skills

• Must have a valid passport or proof of application for one

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Availability to travel within scheduled dates and attend required interviews and preparation sessions

• Motivated, reliable, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment

• Medically fit for work

• No criminal history that would impact eligibility for employment or travel

• Ability to remain focused and perform well under pressure

• Physically capable of meeting the role’s requirements, including lifting up to 15 kg where required

• Previous experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or service industry

• Good knowledge of wines and wine service

• Current or previous employment in the food and beverage industry

• Basic knowledge of golf or experience in a club environment

• Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude
